Saltaire wanderings

Took this picture earlier today after catching up with a wonderful friend. It’s a wonderful place to visit. Saltaire is also a UNESCO world heritage site. It is a model village built by Sir Titus Salt who was a mill owner back in the Victorian era. The image is of the United Reformed Church which is in the village.

  1. Nice shot – not doing too much in the area at the moment as we’ve been getting some work done around the house and preparing for another trip to Portugal. Second of the year as we spent a week in Lisbon in July and we’re heading over there again on Sunday for another two week road trip – to the North this time. May be in touch when we get back as we’re thinking of Trondheim and beyond next year as a potential destination!
