A few weekends back I climbed up the highest mountain in England. It was a fun hike. Here are some pictures from the adventure.. Only Snowden (highest mountain in Wales) and Ben Nevis (highest mountain in Scotland) to go now of the highest mountains in the UK. Its one more thing thats ticked off the bucket list!

A sense of an ending..

Yesterday I went on my last bike ride to Fremington Quay. Its a short ride from where I live, along the cycle trail. This next month is going to be full of many little endings.. Those moments where I’m like “Wow this is the last time I get to do this”.
It feels strange knowing I’ve travelled this route for the last time.
One of the bridges along the route.
National Cycle Network sign.
Wandering off the track to explore a little bit of woodland near by.
Various sunset shots.. 🙂
I’m learning many things..most importantly to finish strong!
Watching the sunset.
And to keep making memories.. 🙂 After all there are more pages of the journey to write..
I’m so thankful for the journey so far and looking forward to what the future holds.

It was lovely to go on a little walk the other day with my good friend Rebecca.

Dow Crag [winter 09]

Pictures from my first winter mountain walk with my dad. We walked up Dow Crag in the Lake District in 2009.
It was a fun experience and the views were stunning!

An afternoon meal and movie time!
I went to a lovely restaurant for lunch today with a friend. It was in an old school building with lots of character. It was built in the mid 17th century.. The food was yummy too.

It was so good to hear some good jazz music whist walking to the cinema!

Skyfall was so so good.I’m not usually into Bond films but I loved this one!
