[sun kissed]

Wanderings along paths
The smell of spring in the air
Sun kissed smiles
[happyheart]

New adventures
In my own backyard
The magic each new season brings.

Running down sloping fields.
Over dry stone walls
Into the woods

Running
With leaves crunching under foot
Splash
In the beck
Feeling like a kid

Finding happiness in the smallest of things

Wanderlust

Evening at the Beach.

Well this week is my last full week in Devon so last night I went to BBQ on the beach with some friends. It was a beautiful evening. We ate chatted and played beach rounders. I’ve finished my studies for the summer so it was a great way to celebrate the end of term!

[Reading, sunshine and ice cream]

Spent the afternoon relaxing in the garden. I finished reading a great book called Reading Lolita in Tehran. It was very thought provoking. I got to see the world through someone else’s eyes. Also learnt challenges that women face around the world and especially in countries like Iran where women’s rights are severely limited.

Reading, sunshine and ice cream.
